Responsibilities

We are hiring for two separate roles:

  1. Medical Recruiter

    • Recruit, credential, and schedule anesthesia providers and nurses for client sites

    • Monitor operations at client sites when required

    • Collaborate closely with the CEO, senior management, and U.S.-based partners

  2. Medical Biller

    • Code and submit claims to U.S. health insurance companies

    • Follow up on claim denials, prepare appeals, and ensure compliance with billing regulations

    • Generate billing reports and develop strategies to improve collections

    • Communicate with insurance company representatives about pending claims

Requirements

No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided. Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Intelligence (advanced training, academic awards, etc.)

  • Attention to detail

  • Integrity and professionalism

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Salary

  • Competitive starting salary of $180,000 GYD/month, with potential to increase up to $200,000 GYD/month in 2nd year (performance-based)
