Description
Aiden Hotel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during overnight hours. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing late check-ins and early check-outs, and completing daily financial and accounting tasks to ensure accurate hotel records.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with late-night check-ins and early morning check-outs.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room revenue and payments.

Run end-of-day reports and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Prepare daily reports for hotel management.

Maintain security and monitor hotel premises during overnight hours.

Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest accounts.

Ensure the front desk area remains organized and professional.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or accounting is an asset.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts.

Basic computer skills and experience with hotel management systems preferred.

Reliable and trustworthy with good problem-solving abilities
