Description

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Mobile Recruiter to actively source and recruit candidates for employment opportunities with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential applicants in high-traffic public areas to promote available vacancies and screen candidates.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

  1. Visit assigned locations to identify and engage potential candidates.

  2. Promote current job opportunities and provide accurate information regarding positions, requirements, and benefits.

  3. Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and assess suitability for available roles.

  4. Collect resumes, applications, and candidate information in accordance with company procedures.

  5. Maintain a consistent presence in designated recruitment zones to maximize candidate outreach.

Candidate Management & Administration

  1. Maintain a daily record of candidate interactions, leads generated and applications received.

  2. Provide regular updates on applicant numbers, and hiring progress.

  3. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment regulations.

  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates and community contacts.

  5. Meet established recruitment targets and hiring goals within assigned timeframes.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  1. Minimum of one (1) year’s experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Confident approaching and engaging members of the public.

  4. Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

  5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  6. Proficient in using excel and Microsoft word.

  7. A valid driver’s license and access to transportation would be an asset.

  8. Ability to work outdoors and travel throughout Georgetown and surrounding areas as required.
