Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to meet with clients, increase sales, and build long lasting relationships. If you are dedicated, results driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service, then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Prepare daily schedule to visit and/or call existing and prospective customers to present, promote, and sell our products using persuasive discussions.

  • Reporting: Inform management of activity and results, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Market Research: Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

  • Relationship Building: Pursue, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to secure future sales.

  • Sales Target: Work towards achieving assigned sales targets within the set schedule.

  • Regional Travel: Able to travel within the CARICOM region.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of relevant work experience (experience in a similar role is an asset).

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Valid Passport

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent negotiation, and communication abilities.

  • Skilled in managing/maintaining relationships and open to feedback.
