Keen360 is looking for qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of the Business and Configuration Analyst on our CRM Team.

Responsibilities

Keen360 is looking for team-oriented professionals who will bring high energy and a friendly disposition to the work that we do for our clients each day. While Keen360 requires that our team members possess an understanding of IT applications and business workflows, we place even higher value on the qualities of being self-motivated and self-managing for the responsibilities of developing skills and making our clients successful.

This role combines the classic IT roles of a Business Analyst and a Configurator/Developer, with the difference that no-code configuration does not require mastery of any computer language or development framework.

The key skills are the abilities to design workflows, understand entity relationships, and build reports or dashboards. Anyone who understands SQL and can produce pseudo-code, even if they are not adept at writing SQL statements and producing code themselves, is a suitable candidate from a technical perspective for the role that we are seeking to fill.

Requirements

  • Should possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field;

  • Should possess prior working experience, though university graduates with Computer Science and IT-related degrees are eligible for consideration;

  • Should possess experience in modeling processes and capturing system requirements;

  • Must possess experience in building reports (even if only as MS Excel charts and graphs);

  • Must be comfortable with understanding and modeling relationships amongst objects or entities in a database-driven system;

  • Must possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours as we work with clients in different locations and time zones across the globe;

  • Must be a good communicator to clients, colleagues, and managers;

  • Must present a professional, consultant-like persona;

  • Must be willing to accept performance feedback for purposes of professional growth as a consultant and configurator;

  • Must be self-motivated and self-managing for learning new skills and delivering service to Keen360 clients;

  • May possess familiarity with any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software as a plus factor; and

  • May possess skills and experience in classic IT technical development as a strong plus factor.
