Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technician to join our team. That will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing Canon printers, copiers, multifunction devices, scanners, and other imaging equipment. This role involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, Canon printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and network-related faults.

• Respond to service calls and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.

• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• A minimum of five CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.

• Technical certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience servicing printers, copiers, or imaging equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of networking, software installation, and printer connectivity.

• Ability to read technical manuals and service documentation.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations if required.
