The Customer Service/ Marketing Assistant general purpose is to assist the company in achieving its profit objectives through the acquisition of new customers and ensuring that customer issues are resolved expeditiously. 

Responsibilities

•      Assist in the preparation of tenders, proposals, quotations, etc.

•      Manage Customer Quality Review Survey database and provide feedback to customers

•      Conduct market research

•      Assist in preparing contract amendments

•      Assist in managing the company’s Facebook page

•      Manage customer database and update customers’ files

•      Other duties as assigned

Requirements

•      Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant discipline

•      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•      Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills

•      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•      Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

•      Previous experience in a similar role will be an asset
